What is “PANOVA” »

An operator-led investment firm that invests in businesses
where stakeholder misalignment limits valuation.

We build operator-led investment firms from the ground up.

We invest directly in teams/businesses at transition points, work alongside operators to prove a value-creation playbook, then convert what works into studios and funds led by the operators who proved it.

Our focus is on operationally complex, relationship-heavy, undercapitalized businesses where some much needed stakeholder alignment can unlock durable valuation growth.

Panova does not just back companies;
We build the firms that back them.

Mission & Purpose »

We want to bring finance back to its original purpose:
helping capital reach the people who can leverage it well.

We invest in founder-led companies where the people, relationships, and potential are stronger than the company’s current structure. We do more than provide money. We step inside the business to fix governance, bring in the right operators, create partnerships, support strategic pivots, and help execute exits.

Our goal is to turn better alignment into real enterprise value, then build operator-led studios and funds that can repeat this model again and again.

What We Do »

We invest minority positions in founder-led startups and SMEs at transition points, directly and/or through co-investment structures.

We build PE vehicles and/or take working roles inside portfolio situations: governance repair, talent placement, partnership development, exit and pivot execution, and capital alignment.

We build venture studio vehicles and/or form new ventures around proven operators, domain knowledge, existing stakeholder networks, and attainable market opportunities.

We build a streamlined structure for a global operator community that turns relationships, talent, trust, and execution capacity into investable capital by actively bridging cross-cultural understandings and building a shared valuation basis among venture communities internationally.

Investment Profile »

We actively seek to engage investment opportunities with any of the following characteristics:

  1. Holding Real Stakeholder Assets: Customers, partners, talent, operators, investors, advisors, or communities that can be better aligned.

  2. Experiencing Repairable Misalignment: The business may be undercapitalized, under-operated, strategically unclear, or fragmented — but not fundamentally empty.

  3. Going through Transition Moments: Pivots, exits, succession, failed fundraising, talent gaps, international expansion, restructuring, or new venture formation.

How We Invest »

Q: How exactly does Panova invest?

A: Panova deploys operators before capital. Our operators will work inside your company first; our equity is the consequence of that work.

  • When: at the PoC stage — embedding operators to reach validation faster — or at later transition points (pivot, succession, exit, restructuring) where stakeholder misalignment is capping value.

  • How: results-based operator hours first, then aligned capital.

  • (To Founders) Upside: contributors (operators, customers, infrastructure) are to be paid partly in equity — so you lower cash burn, extend runway, and raise a smaller round to hit the next proof point.

Base on our community engagement template, the top 3 most common engagement styles can be illustrated as follows.

  • Diagram showing the relationship between startup and growth, indicating you start with a startup and then moveForward to an unknown direction.
